Real Madrid Wants compatriot to play
Colombian icon Carlos Valderrama believes James Rodriguez should be freed from his misery at Real Madrid.
It appears as though Zinedine Zidane doesn’t want James at the club in 2019/20, and the former player thinks that his compatriot is best served by finding a way out.
“Let him go to another team,” Valderrama said.
“The coach doesn’t want him. If he stays at Real Madrid he won’t play.”
Clearly baffled by the situation of his fellow countryman, the former No.10 remembered a time when James was celebrated in the capital.
“The fans had a party when he arrived,” Valderrama continued.
“The president called a party, but the coach doesn’t want him.
“If he stays he won’t play so it’s better to let him go. The one who chooses the line-up is the coach.”
