Byron Couple Gets Married on National Television – KAAL

A video of Jennifer Jones taking her first breath after a double lung transplant went viral; it’s been viewed more than six million times on YouTube alone. It caught the attention of the producers of the Lifetime series “My Great Big Live Wedding with David Tutera”. In just hours, the man who was preparing to marry Jennifer in the hospital will now watch her walk down the aisle at a venue in the Twin Cities.

Ahead of their special moment, we got a special interview with the celebrity wedding planner.

“When you learn the story of Jennifer’s past and the health challenges she had previously gone through … and where she almost didn’t make it to, and then Rob stepping in as her knight in shining armor to really be by her side … they are just amazing!” said Tutera. “I mean when you meet Jen and you understand what she’s endured and how her life has been saved, every step you see her take down the aisle; literally when you watch this episode, I want you to take a deep breath and realize that every step means something.”

Without giving away too much, Tutera says the two will have a “storybook fairytale wedding”.

There will likely also be some tears. Late last month when we interviewed the couple, there were already some misty eyes as the two talked about their big day.

The wedding will be broadcasted Tuesday, February 26th, at 9 p.m. central on the Lifetime channel.
