Real Madrid Ukrainian stopper will leave on loan
Ronaldo Nazario continues to utilise the strong relationship he has with Real Madrid to strengthen Real Valladolid‘s first team squad, with Andriy Lunin the latest to have decided on a loan move.
After Jorge de Frutos and Javi Sanchez, Lunin is close to becoming the latest player to arrive with Real Valladolid from Los Blancos.
Lunin spent his debut season in Spain on loan with Leganes, although he found game-time hard to come by, and it’s hoped he will have a full season of uninterrupted football this term.
Ronaldo‘s side has been attempting to sign a starting goalkeeper for much of the summer, but have hit difficulties with both of their first-choice targets.
Ivan Cuellar had actually signed an agreement with the club, before ignoring it and agreeing to a renewal with Leganes, whilst Adrian was close to signing with Real Valladolid before the opportunity to sign for European champions, Liverpool, came around.
