Achraf Hakimi does not want to think about his future and instead wants to focus on Borussia Dortmund, the club he is at on loan from Real Madrid. “Those are issues that I’m not focusing on,” he said in relation to speculation about his future. “My agent deals with that. For now, I’m just thinking of Borussia Dortmund.”
Chelsea are searching for a new striker, should Alvaro Morata decide to leave, according to The Daily Mirror. The most recent name linked is that of Inter striker Mauro Icardi, who Roman Abramovich would be willing to shell out for.
Sevilla are trying to sign Ajax centre-back Maximilian Wober in a deal worth 10-12 million euros. MARCA have the details here.
Huesca could make a move for former Almeria and Valencia goalkeeper Diego Alves, according to sportaragon.com. The Brazilian is currently at Flamengo.
Chelsea forward Alvaro Morata has been strongly linked with Sevilla, but it now appears that Valencia are also interested in the Spaniard. While a deal is difficult, Super Deporte claim that it is a possibility. Morata is out of tonight’s Carabao Cup semi-final against Tottenham with a hamstring injury.
Juventus and Genoa are negotiating a possible swap deal that would see Stefano Sturaro join Genoa and Cristiano Romero join Juventus, according to reports in Italy. Sturaro is currently on loan at Sporting CP.
Gabriel Barbosa, known as ‘Gabigol’, will once again leave Inter as he looks set to join Flamengo on loan, according to Sky Sport Italia. Although West Ham were interested in the 22-year-old, he wants to return to Brazil.
The Manchester United squad have asked for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to continue as head coach, despite only being there on an interim basis.
Arsenal are set to welcome back Edu Gaspar, who played for the club between 2001 and 2005, in a role as director of football.
Udinese have signed Stefano Okaka on loan from Watford until the end of the season. The striker barely featured under Javi Gracia and joins the Pozzo family’s other club alongside Watford: Udinese.
This is set to be Arjen Robben’s final season at Bayern Munich, but there are still plenty of teams interested in the 34-year-old. “It’s nice to know that there are several clubs interested in me,” he said. “But as I said before the January transfer window, the future is still open. I’m proud and happy. We’ve been very busy in the past three weeks, especially my father, who is my agent.” Inter, PSV and Groningen have all reportedly informed Robben of their interest.
Real Madrid target Exequiel Palacios, who plays for River Plate, has discussed the interest of Los Blancos for the first time. “I am proud that Real Madrid are interested in me,” he told ESPN.
Following Brahim Diaz’s move to Real Madrid, Pep Guardiola spoke about it at his press conference. “We did the same as we did with Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho. We did everything that we could to get him to stay, but Real Madrid is not a bad step to take.” The Catalan wished Brahim the best of luck.
